breast augmentation problems

i had a breast augmentation done in 2002 or 2003.and in dec.2003 i had a car accident.since the accident my breast has gone down 2 sizes.my surgeon says that everything is fine,but,they feel different.they are not as full as they was.they are suppose to be positioned under the muscle.but,if i’m correct,they arenot suppose to fall into my arm pit when i lay down? please help me,i’m very unhappy with this.
