HI...

These conditions could be related. Have you fallen or suffered a trauma? That would explain much. Either way, please make an appointment with an Orthopaedist (bone DR) as soon as possible.   There could be something serious such as Lupus going on, or some type of inflammitory response such as arthritis going on. I hope you feel better.

Since you haven't fallen, your best course of action would be to go an Orthopaedist. It sounds like you have some type of inflammitory response going on to be hurting in your joints like you are. To be losing strength is also not a good sign. While it's not an emergency, it is best that you make an appointment as soon as possible. Hope that helps and feel better soon!

Yes...especially with no injury, you are right, you should absolutely be pain free. Our bodies are wonderful machines, they tell us when something is wrong, and pain is the first indicator. The Dr will probably do blood work to check for Lupus and Arthritis, then perhaps X-rays and a bone scan. Healing thoughts and prayers are sent your way!
