Sent to Health Experts October 25, 2005 6:49 a.m.

My diagnosis include: cervical disc syndrome, cervical multiple subluxation, cervicocranial syndrome, injury to cervical nerve roots, thoracic subluxation, lumbosacral radiculitis, injury to lumbar nerve root, lumbar disc syndrome, facet joint fixation, aberrant motion, T1 marrow stores are grossly adequate, conus medullaris is normal in location. Tip of the conus lies at about mid body level of L2, axial plane. mild disc bulge, which is a bit more prominent, leftward, and contributes to mild narrowing left neural foramen. At L5-S1 level, mild facet hypertrophic changes are present. Diffuse disc bulge is present with mild effacement, ventral epidural fat, and slight narrowing, inferior aspect left neural foramen. Paraspinous soft tissues appear grossly satisfactory. Notably, on coronal fat suppressed images, there is subtle marrow edema about the both sacroiliac joints, more prominenet leftward. Further followup is recommended. Inflammatory changes demonstrated about the sacroiliac joints on coronal T2 fat suppressed images. L4-L5 mild disc bulge and slight narrowing, mild facet hypertrophic changes What does this mean???????
