Hi, She may have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis especilly if this has been going on more than 6 weeks. She needs to be seen by a health care provider preferably by a Rheumatologist. In the mean time she can take Advil Chlldren's Liquid for the pain. She should take the medication according to the instruction in the package.
