When I fly on an airliner, I have lost of pain in my legs and extremities, and shortness of breath. Have this same problem when in a crowe of people or a hot temperature environment with lots of people. I am thinking this is a lack lack of oxygen problem in the blood. I feel much better if I go outside in the cold weather or go into the back part of the plane where it is cooler. Sometimes I use a "personal collar cooler"
to help me. Sometimes I have used ice packs on a plane so I can cope. Tramadol for arthritis helps, milk helps, and aspirin helps. Lots of water helps. I get so desperate and anxious that I can not stand it.
I just want to meet someone who understands my problem. Someone a doctor in Tucson suggested that I possibly have mountain man's disease called polycythemiavera. Another possible contributor, I estimated all the time in my life I have spent flying and it is approximately 18 months. I am 63 years of age. I have had 4 kidney stones over a 30 yeriod. My best medicine for feeling good is water and lots of it. Milk (has triptofan) helps me feel better sometimes so I dring lots of water and some m ilk before I fly. I am so desperate that I get panicie.
Please advise. I would appreciate anything you can advise for me to lear about or consider.
Thank You
