I am having severe leg pain, some heavyness in arms, short lasting headaches, occassional slight pain in the chest area, both sides, a steady pain in the middle right side of my back, shortness of breath with any exertive activity, I am extremely exhausted all the time and not sleeping worth a darn. The onset of all of these symptoms has occured within the last month or so
I have had an EKG w/results showing: Poor R Wave Progression, Probable Normal Variance. I also had an: ABI, Ankle Brachial Index test, with normal results.
I am a type A personality and I am used to going full guns ahead from morning until bedtime; 6:30 am- 10:15 pm.
I would appreciate any advice you could offer.

Hi

As u told tht U take 10 Cigareetes daily so i feel that u try decrease that number. i feel tht dyspnoea can be due to cigaarette.

the other symptoms u told can be due to increase uric acid level or due to ra factor .so i personally advice u to go for these tests

  1. R.A factor (Rheumatoid Arthritis factor )
  2. Serum Uric Acid (for Gout)
  3. other things that i can suggest u is to yoga and meditation for relaxation.al
