I have a torn meniscus & severe arthritis in my left ...

I have a torn meniscus & severe arthritis in my left knee. I'm having it scoped on Aug. 31. I just got home & took my jeans off & noticed that my left calf, ankle & foot are really swollen a lot---my right leg isn't.   Can my knee problem cause that?
