I have been to many doctors over the years for the following symptoms: depression, insomnia, tingling in my feet and legs, joint paint (all over), dry itchy skin, hair loss, fatigue, recurrent yeast infections, memory loss, and many more. My doctor conducted a thyroid test, which showed a normal TSH level (1.280) and a slightly low T4 level (5.28 within a 6.09 to 12.? range). I have been tested for chronic fatigue syndrome, fybromyalgia, and arthritis -- all negative. I believe in my gut that my thyroid is the problem, what should I do?
