Question

I have taken oxycontin sucessfully for years for pain ...

Sent to Health Experts October 19, 2006 5:24 p.m.

I have taken oxycontin sucessfully for years for pain management of a herniated disk in my back. I have recently developed severe arthritis in my left knee, with partial tears to both menisci. Why doesn't the oxycontin work on this "new" pain like it did for my back pain? Thanks!
