my legs are hurting

i’ve gained a lot of weight,i’m not use to being heavy,my legs hurt and i can’t excercise or get up and stuff with out them hurting measpecilly my feet,my toes sometime get num and my hands aspecilly the right side when im sleeping,im menapausing and im 42
