My knuckles have gotten darker in the last few days. The condition appears on four knuckles on my left hand only. It looks almost like I banged my hand against something but the knuckles don't hurt and I can't remember bumping into anything. I imagine it's blood, but I don't have a clue. It's the top knuckles, closest to my wrist. I am a 58 year-old male in very good health except for a little arthritis in the low back (not rhematiod). Have you ever seen this sympton?
