The simple answer to your question is maybe. As frustrating as that may sound, many symptoms of lupus overlap with other autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid, sjogrens, wegeners, polyarteritis nodosum. However, there are others. For example, many tick borne diseases such as lyme, babesios, erhlichiosis, etc can give simiilar problems. The bottom line is that maybe lupus should be considered. I would have you follow up with your doctor and get more advanced blood work to sort it out.
