Greetings Customer (name blocked for privacy),

Your symptoms are concerning and warrant further investigation. The possible diagnoses which should be rule out include anemia, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, polymyositis/dermatomyositis, fibromylagia. You should see your primary care physician to start the work-up that will include a thyroid hormone level, complete blood count, chemistry panel, autoimmune antibdoy panel, ANA, sedimentation rate, coagulation studies

Sincerely,

Dr.Bernon

Greetings Customer (name blocked for privacy),

A normal RA score (also known as Rheumatoid Factor titer) is less than 40 so the level of 120 in your case, in addition to the symptoms you are describing is concerning. In some women, there is a positive RF titer without there being any symptoms of RA so this may be why your doctor told you not to worry about it. A rheumatologist will order more specific tests and able to narrow down your diagnosis further.

Sincerely,

Dr.Bernon
