I was recently diagnosed with HPV once my doctors identified my abnormal bumps as warts. The warts were successfully removed.Every since my diagnoses which was February 28 I have still have what appears to be an abnormal painless crack on the opening of my vagina. I was tested for herpes but it came back negative. What could this crack be? Why has it been present for two freaking months. It is now May 23

While i understand your apprehension... I would still belive that genital herpes is definitely a possibility..

The silver lining is that if it is a case of recurrent herpes, then it is likely to become less severe over a period of time. The blood tests can be deceptive and may come positive with a different kit, another recurrence.
Another possibility is dermatitis/ eczema that can cause a dryness locally leading to a cracked area around vagina. this is likely if you have changed the products for personal hygiene...
This is easily treatable with moisturisers, cortisone creams etc.
The definite diagnosis can only be established after proper evaluation by your physician/ Obgy,
