Mr. Haris - this is not necessarily a sign of anything with which you need to be concerned. Some people, because of their anatomy (they have veins that aren't as prominent as others, or those veins are harder to see, etc.), are much harder to successfully perform blood draws on. So this happens not infrequently. If blood can't be acquired from the arms, there are other options (legs, groin, neck, etc.) available.
If they just gave up yesterday without obtaining any sample, then the blood test must have not been that necessary. Otherwise, blood can be obtained through these other routes. One thing you can do (so long as your not on any sort of fluid restriction), is prior to your blood draws make sure that you are adequately hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids for the 24 hours prior to the test. Adequate hydration can help ensure that your veins are as visible and available as possible.
