I have been to my doctors twice as I keep getting thursh, ...

I have been to my doctors twice as I keep getting thursh, its seems to go away for a whike but then comes back, sometimes I get a watery discharge which makes my underwear feel wet & also feel that i smell down there too. what could this be?
