Based on this information and your apparent history of asthma, you
probably need to switch some of your meds or at least make some
changes. The only preventative thing I can suggesst is, if you
know, is to avoid anything that precipitates your asthma
attacks. But you already do that, I expect.
I do think you need to see your doctor. If you do not have a
regular doctor you see for your asthma, it is time to develop that sort
of relationship. Seeing ER physicians can help for urgent
situations but is not the best care for a long term health issue.
