I had sharp pain hit me in my chest just 3 weeks ago.As the day went on I grew more tired and lightheaded.I went to the hospital that evening and while there, indestion and I felt nauseus. I had mild discomfort in my chest off and on that came and went. they didn't see anything on ekg and vitals were normal.I had a blood test come back high for blood clot. They done a ct scan on my lungs and legs. NORMAL.I also been very short of breath. I been misdiagnosed for asthma for 4 yrs now. found out I don't have that. The same week I went to the hospital for this I went again friday this time the pain radiating into my left shoulder and into my left jaw and my ear felt clogged. All my vitals were normal same blood test came back high for blood clot. I could feel my heart beating hard and fast. Over that weekend my heart woulf not stop beating hard I felt like I needed oxygen.I could barely goto the bathroom and to bed without getting winded. My heart took longer to calm down.I stayed very short of breath and lightheaded over the next week. I felt very fatigued and kept indegestion . I felt very nervous. I been to a cardiologist and had several test done but all came back normal. I had ct coronary angiogram, blood work for chlesterol and sugar all normal. Echogram and nuclear stress test.I am at a lost here. This happened to me 4 yrs. ago . I was put into the hospital for a week to get my heat under control and all tests were normal. I been having shortness of breath several yrs now and don't know the cause. I sometimes get a pain in my chest and it makes my breathing very shallow .. It is very scary .. I get to the point where i get completely exhausted and run down and barely do anything.. I have had steroid shots to open me up to breathe.. I am afraid this may happen again and die from this,,, Cigarette smoke kills me .. I get very short of breath if around it and pain in my chest.. Could you please tell me what is going on or what the doctors might look for ? thanks
