I am a 28 year old male. I run 3-7 miles three times a week. Fro the last two and a half years though, i have been having what i believe are asthma attacks during this time of the year in Sacramento CA. I have moved away and i don't have any problems in Tucson, but when i came back to visit this week i am having all the symptoms of having a Asthma attack. It got worse about one hour after playing basketball last night, and now i am gasping for air throughout the whole day. Why is it only happening in Sacramento, and why did this only start at the age of 26? Are there any home treatments i can do to help me without using medication? thank you
