I have a 2 year old son that recently went to a pediactric nueologist after 10 mins and with no testing he diagnosed my son with autism he assed my sons actions in the room HOWEVER my son was in a new place and new person so he wasn't very responsive. Is it likely that a doctor can accurately asses and diagnos a child in such a brief matter of time?
