Greetings.
The pain needs evaluation by the specialists like orthopedists or physiatrist (MD in physical medicine and rehabilitation). It needs investigations like nerve conduction studies (NCV), EMG (electromyography) MRI of the neck (cervical) and lower back (lumbosacral) with some blood work up.
The possibilities can be;
1) Pinched nerves in the neck and lower back
2) Immunological joint disorders
3) Seronegative spondyloarthropathy
