I have some back pain right below my left ...

I have some back pain right below my left shoulder,,blade,almost towards the middle of my back ,when that happens I sometimes have alittle difficulty breathing, then it goes away,, I have wpw heat condition, which I am taking care of in two weeks, but they dont know why I would have the symtoms that I do.
