I still breastfeed my toddler but not very much, can I take zaldiar?

have severe back pain and want to know if my two-year old daughter who comfort breastfeeds would be affected.

Yes this is a product that would affect your child since you are still breast feeding. I would recommend that since you are just comfort feeding if you can and do have a pump that you go ahead and pump some milk out before you take this so your toddler can still at least feed through a bottle if needed especially at night when it is the most comforting to them but I would not recommend taking this and continuing to breast feed due to the warnings with this medication. If just taken once or for a couple of days once it has been allowed to get through your system (usually 72 hours from last dose) then you would be able to continue breastfeeding afterward but I would not recommend it while you are taking it.
