neck and upper back pain

I have a terrible neck and upper back pain that has persisted for over 2 weeks and is getting worse, no fever or headaches but oxycodone does not help to subside the pain, it only sends me to sleep. I threw up last night and for two days its been very hard to swallow. I can move my neck side to side but not up or down- that brings on the most severe pain.

Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy), my name is Melissa. You said you have seen a Chiropractor. Was it within the last two weeks of having these symptoms? If yes, what did he diagnose you with? Did he suggest any other tests, besides pain medication, and manipulation of your neck? Do you have a fever? Do you have any other illnesses? Do you take any other medications?
