periods

I Keep bleeding and stoping I have been bleeding alot then it will completly stop the next day and i wonnt bleed at all then another day i pass huge clots and bleed alot again this keeps happening on and off what is wrong? I have lower back pain and my cervix keeps opening and then closing.
