I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. As a result, mu left knee is very sore; my calf is very tight and sore; the top of my left foot is sore, and my big and second toe tingles. Is this all coming from the back, and what shall I do? Presently, I go to the Chiropractor time 3 per week. What else can I do? Some say that I may need surgery. Would you agree?
