Yellow stools can indicate liver, gall baller or even your pancreas. At this point you may want to see a Gastroenterologist as well. Especially if this yellow stool is occurring more than a couple of days.
As far as bleeding after sex this can occur for a number of reasons, and is nothing to take lightly.
