My husband has had back pain for years. He has been diagnosed via MRI with a herniated L5/S1. He was sent to a surgeon who had him go out for physical therapy, 2 epidural shots and one shot at the S1 joint. He has recently developed severe pain in both feet.   Was sent out for a myleogram, which was normal, an EMG of the lower legs, which was normal and a MRI of the brain which was normal, blood work was ordered, all normal. The doctors are fishing for anything, now they have him on some type of medication for restless leg syndrome.
Obviously the pain is coming from somewhere, we need some suggestions on what we can do, or who we should be referred to as we are not getting any help. Can you help us at all? Thank you!
