what causes enlarged ovaries? I have been suffering for monhts with right lower pelvic pain, fatigue, lower back pain and bloating. I had two ultrasounds that showed nothing. I had a ct scan that showed a 4cm right ovarian cyst. (the ct scan was preformed last month) last week I had another ultrasound and transvaginal ultarsound which showed an enlarged left ovary but no cyst on the right ovary. What causes enlarged ovaries?
