I have had lower back pain in my left hand side for several weeks now. It hurts when I sit down or put any pressure on my lower back. I am ok when up and walking about but as soon as I sit down the pain is unbearable.

I have also found that if I sit on the floor with my feet out I am unable to cross my left leg over the right. Have I slipped a disc or something?
