I am having lower back pains that have been going on for the past week. Now since yesterday, they are getting very painful, like knives in my back. The pain is now going into my hips but the back pain is mostly on the right side, but a little bit on the left as well. Could this be kidney stones, or an infection? I have never really had kidney problems in the past that I know of. Could you please help me?
