It may be that you have a UTI, bladder/kidney infection. I would call and see your doctor just to confirm or rule this out. In the mean time, drink lots of water and do take it easy. You don't mention anything about bleeding and/or spotting. So at this point I wouldn't think any type of miscarriage. If the cramping and back pain is severe, you may even want to be seen yet today.

Best of luck Hun, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *Accept* button.

But I don't have any burning or anything like that when I have to go to the bathroom. I have had UTI's before, and this is nothing like what I have had before. I feel like I should be getting ready to start my period. I have had some very minor spotting over a week ago, but nothing since. I just need to know if I should go to the hospital or not.

Where is the back pain? Scale of 1-10 (10 being worst) what is the scale of the pain in the back and the cramping?

Thanks

For starters let me just say you know your body better than anyone. Since there is no current spotting that is a good sign. However, since the pain is about 6-8, you may want to be checked out vs waiting till tomorrow. I don't know your body and/or structure size, it may be the uterus stretching, but generally shouldn't give that high of cramping pain. So it may be advisable to be seen. It's pretty early in the pregnancy to say what is going on. But at least at the hospital they can do an ultra sound as well.

Hope this helps Hun, best of luck.
