I have really bad lower back pain on my left side that ...

I have really bad lower back pain on my left side that came on suddenly. I have felt like I have a had a full bladder all week and feeling like I needed to go to bathroom constantly whether my bladder was full or not. Now though the back pain is extremely painful and I have the chills and headache...what should I do?
