I had an Ultrasound today of Liver,while on my side I ...

I had an Ultrasound today of Liver,while on my side I started having back pain and pain in the middle of my chest,I have this when I stand up or lay on my left side,but if I lay flat
I do not have any pain,this has been going on all day.I also have a cough but know cold that I know of.
