I have abdominal pain and at first I thought it was I was constipated then the pains radiated into my lower back shooting up my back. severe pain in my back isnt constant it comes and goes but i cant eat or really drink anything becase it causes more pain. It is not like spinal back pain its inside my lower back and it will get so bad my lungs and chest hurt. I am no longer constipated I did take the milk of magnesia, and also a enema retention and it helped me go to the bathroom but The pains are still there. and this has been going on for almost a week. I started getting ill 1 1/2 weeks ago fatigue, a little abdominal cramping but it has now progressivly got worse. I was wondering about gall or kodney stones if that could be the pain source. Can you help?
