i need answers..please help me

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TESTS RUN ON MY SHOULDERS/NECK..NOBODY CAN SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHST WRONGWITH ME~i have been this way since early march o f this year~
I HAD AN ULNAR NERVE TRANSPOSITION..AND RIGHT CARPEL TUNNEL RELEASE...3 MONTHS AGO~..I THOUGHT HIS WOULD STOP MY BURNING BUT IT HASNT~I HAVE ONE SINGAL SMALL LESION ON M Y BRAIN,,BUT AM NOW ALSO HAVING PAIN I NMY FEET FRO MTHE TIME I GET OUTTA BED IN THE MORNING..I AM HAVING ZINGERS FEELINGSI NMY FEET~..I DONT HAVE ANY RUPTURED DISCS OR ANYTHING~..JUST CANT FIGURE OUT WHY MY NECK AND SHOULDERS ARES TILL BURNING...THIS ALL STARTED AFTER I LIFTED A HEAVY POT OF POTATOES..50 LBS..I AM A WOMAN 5FT 3 FT TALL. I LOST FEELING THAT DAY IN MY FEET BUT IT CAME RIGHT BACK WHEN I SET THE POT DOWN..PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG WITH ME~
