i was having pretty bad upper abdominal pain accompanied by lower back pain in spurts yesterday. It lasted about 5 minutes every few hours. It felt similar to the flu with heart burn(which I had severely while in labor w/ my 1st baby. I have gestational diabetes and I had a clear discharge when i wiped that was like stringy. I am only 7 months though. My 1st daughter was 10 pounds. Is this something like the baby is trying to come because its big ? Should I go to the doctor or can I wait a week or two.
