what could be causing my pain what would be my next step?

i had a total hip replacement done 8 months ago .2 months into my therapy i developed sever muscle spasms. i have getting massages and doing physical therapy for 6 months. i have been seen by a pain specialist. and under went trigger point injections i had 6 shots. it seem to be a temp. relief.i just returned from my doct. he has given me a referral for a mri at my request. he feels theres nothing else he can do for me.he believes it is fibromyagia. and he is sending back to work .i feel he has not helped me at all i am living in constant pain from neck and my back pain. i have been on muscle relaxers and pain pills and there has been no relief . what would be your suggestion to me. i feel that i no longer have a life with out pain. do you have a opion on what could be wrong with me? i am 43 years old all my life i suffered from pain in my hip one leg was quite shorter than the other now after my replacement my legs length is even. i feel this is the cause of my pain.how can you help
