Why does my vagina hurt and bleed when i pee?

A couple of days ago i went to the bathroom and it started hurting when i peed. A day later it was still hurting but i noticed that i would also bleed while i peed. My vagina doesn't hurt when i pee it just hurts when im done peeing but i do bleed while i pee why is this?
