Can sudden lower back pain, a light period, and bloating be signs of pregnancy?

Hi

Its possible to be pregnant and have what is known as Implantation bleeding. This type of bleeding occurs in some women, and it takes place when the embryo attaches to the uterus. However this bleeding would not be like you normal menstrual bleeding, it will be very very light almost like spotting.
It sounds like you just have lighter bleeding this month, back pain and bloating are very common during a menstrual cycle.

The pain is constant and also there are sharp pains when I do certain things like cough or certain movements.

Hi

It is possible that that the pain is just due to your menstrual cycle, and it radiating to you back. I know you say this is not normal for you however it can occur. Another reason may an ovarian cyst, although the pain would be more in your pelvic area. If the pain persist or gets worst you get intouch with your physician for further instructions.
