My pain started when i was first pregnant in early february but the pain slowly went away. It just started to come back about 2 months ago and is now really bad. I cant lay down normal without it hurting or even sit in most positions. i can constantly feel the throbbing and it can be very sharp pains at times. breathing is also different since the pain came back

i tend to get light headed to from the pain. i was in class today and almost passed out. Also when standing up for long periods of time (im at a barista) i get shooting pains. I also feel the need to crack my back all the time. is there anything immediate i can do? What about the chills? also....i dont know if it has anything to do with it...but i have these big scars on my back that came out of no where when i was like 15, i feel the chills and this really weird feeling in them and most of the persists in that general area where they are located

Could the pain be from pinched nerves? would that make sense?
