Since I have had my ablation (2005) my periods have been a little heavier than before Now for the past 4 months I have had 2 periods a month the regular scheduled one which is red and regular then the second one which comes about 7-10 days later which is mainly old dark dark brown blood with thick consistency. I have to be prepared with protection at all times with the fear of having an unexpected accident. I have severe lower back pain throughout the entire episodes. I have had 2 c-sections and a tubal. Is there something wrong with me? I am afraid to have a pap smear in fear of the results.
