Reply to Dr Anil Munjal's Post: They gave him hydracodiene cyclobenzaprine and ibuprofen.. he is not taking the hydracodiene because he needs to work. His worst back pain wraps from the back to the front slightly above center. They have ruled out heart problems.   He is 6'2 and about 260lbs.

Hello,

He needs to be investigated.

In my opinion he is suffering from gastritis or pancreatitis.

Meanwhile he should stop taking ibuprophen

He needs antacids & anti allergic like Levo- Cetrizine 5mg OD & tab. Atarax 10mg HS
