Hi,
The symptomsm of loss of apetite , lower back pain, pain in the pelvis are explained as related to grave's diease. But the heavy vaginal bleeding is not due to grav's. In fact in grav's one has mild menstrual bleeding. The abnormal bleeding can be due to problems like uterine fibroids, uterine polyps, endometriosis. These conditions can be ruled out by a complete examination by an Ob/gynae. A rare possibility is that you might be undergoing an early menopause. If you are having symptoms like hot flashes, irritability, tierdness etc. more since the last few months, then an early menopause might be a possibility (I am persuming that you might be around 40 to 45 years or so). If this is the case then you might need hormonal therapy.
I would advise you to get a detailed investigation and examination by an Ob/gynae to rule out the above possibilities and for appropritae treament.
