Hello,

Orgasm while sleeping is a normal occurance in many people. While in men, it can cause nocturnal emissions, in women, it is not so obvious. The cause is believed to be due to vivid sexual dreams that occur during the night, usually as a reaction to some stimulus while awake. In time, these stimuli decreases and the orgasms also decrease and do not occur.

There is no documentation to show that Arimidex causes orgasms while sleeping.

But Arimidex causes vasodilatation. Since vasodilatation (dilatation of the blood vessels) also occurs during orgasm, perhaps there is a relation between the two - but there is no definite evidence.

But Arimidex does cause back pain in about 10% of all wemon who need to take it. This is usually by affecting the joints of the back and by causing some amount of muscular pain.

Since you are being troubled by backpain, it would be better to discuss the issue with your doctor and see if you could be prescribed an alternative medicine.

I hope this helps.
