My girlfriend has a small red bump just to right of her tail bone. It looks just like a spider bite. but i am very concerned that this may be gentital herpes. It hurts her to touch it directly. It was hurting her bad for a day but the next day it did not hurt her quite as bad- just a little. it did look for a little like a pimple with a white dot- but it would not pop like a pimple. I am hoping that this location may not be a normal location for a red bump but I know that sometimes it is a symptom to have lower back pain. If she has herpes is it likely that it would hurt really bad for maybe half a day and get better the next? How long will this bump last- it has been there as far as i know about two days now. the sooner you are able to respond the better. thanks
