I am currently suffering from severe back pain and I have a headache that wont go away. This all started 4 days ago when I got a fizzy feeling in my head and my eye instantly hurt and became bright red. My eye stayed red for 2 days but has since gone away. I am now left with back pain that keeps me up at night and makes me want to cry. It hurts when I sit, stand, do anything. I have been to my family doctor and she just gave me an antiobiotic because I had strep about two weeks ago that she does not think went away. I totally don't agree but I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had a car accident a year ago and have never had such severe back pain as I am suffering now. I have had previous x-rays and such with no signs of anything really bad just the some what normal stressed back. I have a chiropractors appointment on Monday and they are planning on running x-rays and a full exam. Will this be sufficient or do you recommend that I see an orthopedic specialist? I have also debated going to a walk in or the emergency room because I am hurting that bad.
