I'm a 28 yr old male and I had unprotected oral sex and the use of hands (I do have protected vaginal sex). I started to get a stinging feeling on the tip of my penis so I looked at it and inside the urethra was a little red on the left side about a half a cm deep. I thought it was injured possibly by the use of my girlfriends hands and thought it would heal itself. A week later I still had the stinging feeling so I went to planned parenthood and got an std test they said I had NGU (based on the symptoms) and so they gave me zithromax. During the next week I started to get severe back pain almost to the extent of not being able to get up and then I noticed two red spots on my tongue (red circular on the outside and white on the inside) all this along with a bloated feeling. So I went to the clinic to get it checked and they gave me lidocaine and tylenol. 3 weeks later I still have all the syptoms. I was told it's nothing but the pain says otherwise. Is this prostatitis or other
