Rather than looking for scholarships for a specific psychiatric disorder, you are more likely to find charities willing to help due to your youth, disabled category and location. Going to the local library and asking about education grants, you may find local businesses or charities set up in memory of a local person to help young people. The other thing to try is charities set up by organizations linked to your parent's employment.
Some scholarship applications for the coming year have already closed. But you can prepare for next year.

The other people to talk to is the student support services in your new college. They will have lists of bursaries and scholarships that have been set up specifically for their own courses. Often these have been donated by ex-students who want to encourage people to follow in their career. So your choice of course may also affect what you can get access to.
