my doctor told me i have strep throat 6 days ago i just finished my Amoxacillion today but one thing i dont understand is that my tounge has what feels like infected, it burns a little and hurts when anything salty gets on it for 5 days now. i have had a bit of dry mouth and it looks like my tast buds all over my tounge are inflaimed. i am also constintly spiting out liquidy flem that build up in my mouth and throught can someone help me to understand whats going on
